"Trevlig personal, fina rum och hotellomgivningen. Frukosten var helt fantastisk och bland de bästa frukostarna vi ätit. Städningen av rummen var utmärkt. Läget var bra, gångavstånd till de flesta och bästa aktiviteterna. Supernöjda med vår vistelse på Four Points by Sheraton."

"When we checked in and got to our hotel room, it was really old looking. Within an hour, the air conditioning stopped working. We have been traveling for a long time and we’re extremely tired. Now we had to move rooms. The new room that they moved us to was updated and really nice. However, the view was not as good. To compensate us they gave us a free dinner buffet. The Friday night barbecue buffet looked terrible. We chose not to get that. The Sunday night Thai buffet was super disappointing....

"first day when i arrived, all staff very kindly, easy to find famous place in patong, breakfast really good, only a chef how to cocking omelatte doesn't smile when i come for breakfast twice. overall really good. "

"洗面所、風呂、トイレの排水が詰まり気味なのか流れない。 それ以外は良かったです^ ^"

"Rooms were tidy staff were attentive"

"Great staff so friendly and welcoming especially the younger staff! There was one older dude who was ok. Great location especially for rainy days lots to do near by like salons, cat cafes etc. nice to be away from the beach crowds but still close enough to go. 7 eleven few steps away. You can get Michelin rated grab to hotel. Hotel is spacious and cleaning staff did an amazing job servicing room everyday. The luggage boys are great too! No free Netflix. Bathroom was huge and white and clean! No...
