"10 minutes before check in, the hotel informed me they were overbooked despite my booking hours in advance. Their attempt to find a solution took over an hour, and they did not disclose any information. Their solution was to find another hotel. I would recommend staying away from this hotel unless you want to be kept in a hot hallway for 30minutes while they discuss your situation. I am deeply disappointed with this hotel so please stay away"
