"Great hotel, perfect location, especially if you plan to get a ferry. The staff is adorable: Phillip helped us with the luggage with care and respect, Rose was super fast to perform the check-in and check-out, while Tina and Tammy were very helpfull to explain what to eat (and how) and then prepare it for us. Wonderfull experience: Thanks!"

We (2 kids, 2 adults) arrived at 21:00 and were stranded, so we paid for one night. We spoke with other people outside the building while we waited to be able to get in, and those people had the same experience, even though we all paid in advance. The apartment had no utensils or dishes. There was no...
