"Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. "With a do not disturb sign on the door a someoneknocked on the door multiple times and try to enter. We were inside and the door was locked therefore, he could not enter. An hour or so later, the maintenance man knocks on the door, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. When no one answered quickly, he attempted to enter the room. Again, we had the lock on the door and he was not able to fully enter. The door did open partially before it hit the lock. We notified the manager."
