The layout of the unit was wonderful, clean and just met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the view was spectacular. Shopping and Broadway was very close. Highly recommend the property and this place to stay. "

"We were very disappointed on the experience. First, trying to contact the hotel ahead of time is a frustrating experience with automated phone systems and ai. When we got to the room, and went to bed, we found women’s underwear still in the bedding. The restaurants and bars on the property are average food and average service for the price. The furniture is a bit run down. This place was way too much for what you get. And the cleanliness was disgusting."
