"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"This place is nothing more than a Motel 6 with a fresh coat of paint! These people are shady! The hotel was supposedly upgraded. Not really! The rooms are very small. House keeping never came into our room to clean. We had to ask to exchange our towels. They told us to leave the old ones outside the door and they would leave new ones. They did not. When we returned from being out, we had no towels to shower. Its was in the 90's. We had sweated all day walking around. All we wanted was to shower...
