"My wife and I had such an amazing time at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff, omg, everyone was so kind and helpful, 10 🌟 to the staff. The food was plated beautifully, Everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend them, it's truly an amazing experience, to stay there.

"Loved every minute here would highly recommend it. What an amazing experience they take such great gentle care of their elephants it was so special. The keepers have a lovely bond with their elephants. Would love to return here again one day. Thank you to all the staff and elephants and of course the sweet Polly the resident cat for a memorable stay ❤️"

"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard.
Just some of the things that did not go down well:
1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant.
2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...
