I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. "This place was one of our favorites that we stayed at while in Bali! We would have loved to stay longer but only got to stay one night here. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and took great care of us! It made it hard to leave! The property is so relaxing. The food that we had there, was some of my favorite food from the entire trip! When we arrived there to check in, they already had our meals waiting in our room for us which was great given we had been traveling in the car...

"Het hotel was precies waar we behoefte aan hadden. De staff was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks was ze te veel. De accommodatie was heerlijk met als kers op de taart ons privé-zwembad. Het was rustig gelegen in een verder rustige wijk, maar in een toeristische stad. Het heeft verder alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt op vakantie. Het eten was gevarieerd en werd altijd vers gemaakt/bereid. We zijn 1 nacht gebleven, omdat we op doorreis waren, maar dit hotel zou een reden zijn om weer naar...

"Very small boutique property in the middle of nowhere. Great staff. Great views. But limited activities around, no other restaurants or shops outside the property for miles… so great for one or two nights relaxation away from the busiest part of Bali !!!"

"Great location on top of the ridge, great view from the heated pool/restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Our suite's pool was very cold and dirty, even after they sent someone to clean it, so we passed. They were also out of multiple items, bit of a drag."
