"The whole place was clean and well maintained and staffed. He staff were very professional and courteous. Some even went the extra mile.
I had a problem which I'm sure wouldn't bother everyone but I was given a new room and not made feel bad about it.
The staff were excellent.
It's situated in the perfect area, close to everything."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Réveillés plusieurs fois en pleine nuit par la lumière qui s'allumait toute seule, sans aucune excuse ou compensation de la direction pour ce désagrément.... Le drap de la couette était troué et n'a jamais été changé. Le bar manque de chaleur et le personnel oblige le client à régler sur place sa consommation, ou son repas, sans possibilité de mettre la note sur la chambre..."

"This hotel is in a very busy, commercial area, which isn't horrible but can be very noisy at times.
The Underground is right around the corner which is great.
There are a ton of fast food restaurants and a couple very nice restaurants.
As far as the hotel itself.... The staff is extremely helpful!! I mean that, they are great.
Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking in many areas.
We booked online they Expedia and was sent email letting me know that I could inquire about a free upgrade.... When...

"This property is clean, convenient and accessible if you are staying in London. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and staff were excellent! A little bit loud as close to the hospital but would definitely stay again."

"I have stayed at this property previously when it was under another name, and found that the standards were still very high. Such helpful friendly staff throughout. It was our wedding anniversary and we were very well looked after with hospitality leaving us a little gift. I love staying here, and would thoroughly recommend it. Fresh omelettes made to orde in the morning, good air con in the rooms, central location"
