"The Staff was excellent at the Hotel...very friendly and accommodating...the facility was clean and the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained...great location as well...the Restaurant was good along with the food...very happy with our stay."

"Our experience at the Westin Princeville during the hurricane was incredibly disappointing, and what happened afterward made it way worse.
Because of the hurricane and resulting conditions on Kauai, we were effectively stranded at the hotel for an additional two days. We had no choice but to extend our stay because travel and road conditions made it impossible for us to leave as planned.
I understand that Marriott did not cause the hurricane and I never expected the hotel to somehow be...

"READ BEFORE BOOKING: there is no AC and no ceiling fans. None. They have 3 portable fans that are less than great- you will be hot. We had to take cold showers before bed to sleep comfortably and we are both young. I can’t imagine booking this with someone who is elderly or very young children. We would sit in the car with the AC on at the end of the day because we didn’t want to sit in the muggy room- and we’re from Vegas. You can open the front and back sliding doors and if there is a breeze...
