"I hate to do this but haven’t stayed at a CC in a long time. And I had expected the quality to improve not degrade. The property unfortunately was old and unkept. I could tell it was cleaned but it’s the structure. The carpet is old and dingy and I had to buy socks to walk in it. I also had to buy a plug in freshener because the room had an old musty smell. The staff were all phenomenal. The facilities not so much. Wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting the four season but this feels like it’s...

"Room was clean hotel was nice but housekeeping was terrible. One day my room wasn’t cleaned cause the housekeeper said she was going to lunch plus she had attitude. She never came back to clean room so we had no towels so I had to hunt down someone to find clean towels"

"The suite was perfect. Kitchen was a plus. My room had amazing views from the balcony. It was centrally located between "Rocky" steps and City Hall. Many sights in the area to walk to. Two great restaurants at the location. Valet parking onsite with in/out privileges. Clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend."

"I forgot an item in my room and the customer service shunned me off. It is very expensive for a dates hotel and you have to wait in line for breakfast. The rooms are old and the hallways are dirty. Expected way more for the amount of money you pay"
