"Very pretty location and nice rooms with balconies. Had a room overlooking the lake. But too many kids in the pool. Would be great if they had an adult only pool."

"Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. "

"Staff is friendly and helpful upon check in and even have umbrellas for rent if needed for the random storms. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. The hotel itself looked nice while we stayed and they even had floor repair going on in the elevator that was completed so quick I amazed! "

"The room and building was amazing, the staff checking in was not the best. Upon checking in they told us our reservation got cancelled despite having a confirmation email. The staff at the front desk was horrible she did not provide any assistance on getting things sorted out she pretty much told us “ oh well, you’ll have to rebook another room” after speaking with someone else they were able to find out reservation and everything got sorted out. "

"Does not have 24/7 room service. When you are starving because flights were cancelled and you couldn't get anything to eat all day, that is quite the inconvenience. A lot of the facilities are kept extremely cold, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you. Would I stay here again? Not unless I have to."
