"Reservations and during my stay help kept knocking on my door to see if someone was occupying. While I paid for the rooms and deposit upon arrival, and it showed on my bank acct, they said I canceled my reservation. I kept receiving texts and emails to check in, even though I already did. Then a checkout I asked for printed receipt and reversal of deposit and was told not possible since it was canceled???? I sent an email to Matt. Now waiting response."

"liked the location of the hotel, room was nice, the restaurant in the hotel adds to the convenience of the property. I did not like EXPEDIA adding extra charges to my bill tried to get them removed but I couldn't get on web site in order to do it. I did not order the insurance and was charged, next trip I will make sure I don't use Expedias web site."
