"The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait."

"The pool was awesome. It’s very quiet there too. I went fishing out back saw lots of fish including, Snook, mangrove snapper, sheepshead, and some jack. The place could use some paint, paddle fans in the rooms, and better curtains. The house can get hot and the curtains block out no sun and there were spots that needs curtains. This is Florida it’s HOT. lol. Also the mattresses suck. For the price and the pool it wasn’t bad. I wish there was a BBQ grill too. That would’ve been nice. We had fun...

"We booked this trip for my birthday. The resort is under construction. We were Not notified, even though they claimed it was on the webpage. The noise was awful, demolition drill awful at 7:30 am. And they said it will go on untill May 2025. Checking instructions were not very specific. The unit was not very clean. There was trash under beds and not cleaned dishes. The pool and beach acces were blocked the first two days of our vacation. They opened it after we complained."

"Brand new apartment- lovely, but not all appliances were not plumbed in ( fridge and Dishwasher). Entrance codes were an issue a Wi-Fi didn’t work on the corridor so could take 15 minutes to enter apartment. Building work outside will continue for the next few months we were told - 8am crane outside window and noise was an issue. Management Team were available on line but everything was really slow. Facilities were great, location for food outlets and groceries was excellent. Few teething...

"Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
