"What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

"This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!"

"Stayed across the street from the hospital for the birth of my granddaughter. It served its purpose, no frills but accomplished what I needed for my stay."

"Loved the suite! The space was perfect and comfortable. The staff was super nice as well. The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome. I will definitely return."

"Only thing we were disappointed in was the 7pm pool closing time. For such hot weather, we were very surprised to not have the chance for some evening swimming. Food at the BRGR Lounge was great! We appreciated the blue & white towels for the beach and the ease in switching them out. Thank you, Steve & Susan Peters"

"The Condo was perfectly located to all the haps. We walked everywhere. The Condo was clean, with daily housekeeping if you wanted it, each room had its own air con that could be adjusted to your liking, it has everything you'll need. The Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach and it was a parkinglot away from Time Square. The staff from the front deak, housekeeping, and security were amazing. The Elevator was slow but worked great. They have luggage carts to use which was extremely helpful."

"As soon as we arrived they helped us with bags and all other necessities! Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially bc I was with my adult special needs daughter,,,,, everyone made out stay very comfortable. Edna, the server by the pool was super nice and helpful ,, we will come back again!!!"
