"Amazing stay! Very patient and accommodating staff. The view from the room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety and everything was delicious. Highly recommend :)"

"The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. "Room was clean and close to transportation and some major attractions"

"If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the upstairs laundry facilities were really useful. The breakfast was good, the room was spotless, and I loved the decor. The staff were very attentive, and I had no issues during my stay. The location is good, although the street outside could be cleaner."

"Was much below my expectations for a Hyatt hotel. Lacks better maintenance."

"Buena ubicación. Nuevamente el inglés del personal de recepción muy básico y el desayuno aunque es en un lugar espectacular está pobre y con solo dos máquinas de café"

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."

"The staff was very helpful, it was a perfect place to stay! Breakfast was the best! Honestly a five star stay!"
