"Tolle Lage direkt an der Donau mit Blick auf das Parlamentsgebäude. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Parken in der Garage etwas umständlich mit Aufzug und nur mit Mitarbeiter. Personal an der Rezeption leider sehr unflexibel und gerne auch mit Falschaussagen, damit man Ruhe gibt mit seinem Anliegen. Leider in zwei Tagen mehr als einmal vorgekommen. Dazu auch eher "neutral freundlich". Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was Zustand und Sauberkeit angeht, doch die tolle Lage entschädigt..."

I believe this limitation should be clearly stated in the hotel’s description, as advertising laundry service without noting the weekend restriction can be misleading for guests who rely on it when making their booking decisions."

"Stunning hotel. Beautiful environment and very stylish rooms. Bed was comfortable. Location for us was perfect, right next to bus stops and metro and a nice easy walk to all main sights. Only criticism would be water bottles in the room not being complimentary and the room did feel abit dusty."
