"I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of...

"I booked this hotel through Expedia for one night. I checked in around 10 p.m., and when I was checking out, the front desk told me I had to pay for some snacks and other items that I hadn’t used or touched. The manager came over, and I explained that I hadn’t taken anything, but she still insisted that I had to pay. It wasn’t really about the money. What upset me was being treated like I was lying. I found that very disrespectful and frustrating, especially when I knew I hadn’t used any of...

"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

"I have been traveling since 2010, yet for the first time in my extensive travel history, I was held up for four hours at the entry point due to the female reception staff; they remained glued to their screens for hours on end without achieving any effective results. -Overall, the place is good and the price is reasonable; the issue lies in the cleanliness of the bedding—it is old and has not been replaced. -I sent a WhatsApp message to the hotel manager, but he was useless; he did nothing not...
