"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were expensive but staff was great. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day but there was a musty smell coming from the tub and shower area. It appeared clean and spotless but did smell musty."

"The hotel has nice lobby and rooms. Close to Kyoto station, cost only about 800 yen to hotel, and close to few cultural sites. The staffs are friendly, and helpfull. I and my wife love the japanese breakfast thwy served."
