"I was expecting a luxury type of hotel and got at max a 4 star hotel. The room was very dark and housekeeping service was deficient. The ladies at the call center were very nice qnd tried to do an excellent job, however there is a detachment between them and the rest of the hotel. In summary an ok hotel and don’t expect much more. Location is extraordinary and we took advantage of that. Central park. Shops and restaurants around are the best. With that location management must make the best...

"Lo que me parece muy bueno es la cercanía que tiene el Hotel el Hotel todavía es un hotel moderno, donde todas las vías de acceso muy cerca tiene Broadway Times Square tiendas, etc. lo que le hace falta es que el personal hable más idiomas el día de hoy a hacer mi check Out de muy mala forma, me contestó el de la recepción que no hablaba español y que no encontraba mi número de habitación con mi apellido. De ahí en fuera todos hasta los Bellboy son muy amables"
