"Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back."

Will not come back here."

"Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good.
Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable."

"Extremely Disappointing – Definitely Not a Five-Star Hotel
The overall quality of this hotel is shockingly poor for a property advertised as five-star. The rooms are outdated, poorly cleaned, and terribly maintained.
The noise levels are unacceptable. Housekeeping staff constantly slam doors in the hallways, creating continuous disturbances and making it nearly impossible to relax.
