"When we arrived we were put in a room that smelled very musty, had stained carpet and the bathroom mirror was damaged with black streaks. We called the front desk immediately and they said for an upgrade of $40 we can move you. We were paying $500 already. Once we moved the room was clean and comfortable.
I was looking for luxury and this was not it. It was a comfortable stay but not what I was thinking.

"Great,upscale hotel/ dining/ spa experience in a beautiful setting right in the heart of the Phoenix metro area. Pricy but worth it. Although we did not bring our dog, it is pet-friendly."
