"Excellent staff and service. Incredible park views"

"The room was exceedingly hot and the engineer was unable to regulate it. Then when we tried to open up the window to fix it the engineer indicated that was the issue. We then closed the window and it didn’t help it all. The room was over 76."

"Need to be renewed I guess. Shower is leaking. Coffee machine is too old. Bottle Water is charged even you can use credit 20 per day. Housekeeping seemed to forget to supply new cosmetics sometimes."

"Hotel facilities and location are superb. Guest service is beyond deficient, both in restaurant and in general guest services. This is particularly disappointing in a hotel of this category."

"Great property that’s environmentally friendly and a short walk to Central Park. The rooms were a bit too dim for my liking but I think it’s a result of low wattage lighting to conserve energy. Overall the say was great - I’d definitely come back."

"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."

"I honestly haven't had a good experience here from the room's view to the whole experience. This includes the front desk being unable to accept Apple Pay, being told the promised refund would be sent as a check to my home, having my name written incorrectly twice Mr…, then changing the refund method to a wire (which is fine but not what I was told), and finally, not receiving the funding for a month."

"Stunning hotel, great location, and the staff is 10/10! Highly recommend. Expensive but you get what you pay for."
