"I was told at check in that I was being given an upgrade. Unfortunately, the room had many problems. No desk, no chair, tiny room, tiny bath, floor of the tub/shower was cushioned and I got extremely dizzy (had to grab bar to keep from falling). Fortunately, the front desk gave me another upgrade. ..."
