"I booked the twin bunkbed over a queen bed. Room was clean but somehow I thought there was a separate bathroom. Oh no … the shower and toilet were small cubicles inside the room. If you share the room with your teenage kids you have to get undressed in front of them to take a shower. And there is no noise barrier if you have to go to the bathroom. We really didn’t like the layout of the room! The whole hotel felt small and cramped. "

"Room was nicely updated. Beds were small and uncomfortable though. You could see light coming in from around the door that led to the hallway- as a result, you could clearly hear everyone walking by. VERY small elevator. The hotel was very convenient to everything in the Times Square area though!"

"one of the worst elevators(took 15min for the elevator to come up and kept on having fire alarm issues which kept the elevators go directed to the lobby over and over again) and they charged me 3 times for a deposit which they still have not returned back to me."

"I have a lot to say unfortunately it was a bad stay.
First we checked in and were not told of how to use our breakfast credit daily, we had to ask. The noise from the street and other guests was very distracting and made it extremely difficult to get a good nights sleep. We stayed at Citizen M last year, which was 100 times better!
We were also told we could order room service the first night there and nobody answered the phone and front desk told us earlier that we could order from tv -...

"TV very difficult to use and no instructions on operation. Staff came to room and couldn’t figure out TV. Shade operation not described and some shades did not work. Hot water cut out during shower once. Expresso machine did not work and no decaf available. I expected more paying penthouse prices. Staff tried their best, room was clean, etc. "
