"很明智选择了横琴湾酒店，酒店 环境很好，海景房超赞，园景房景观也不错，离横琴大剧院较近，看大马戏很方便。去企鹅酒店也晃了一圈，人多得如火车客运站。房间内部设施普通，连体重秤也没的。"

"垃圾的服務，極差的預訂經驗，選擇的係到店付款，在酒店付款後，後來發現信用卡同時被扣了相同款項，追討後，退回的費用比住房費(信用卡扣取費用)少，打回HOTEL.COM,當時客服十分悔氣，話冇辦法，可以唔再選擇HOTEL.COM, 亦可以投訴，甚至去消委會告佢。"
