"I was very disappointed regarding the service provided. First, I was telling the hotel that this trip I was booking for proposing purpose. Perhaps they provide me a good view room with decorations if possible . But then when I arrive and check in , they gave me floor level 5 and without any decoration ! I have been telling them twice via message plus calling ! End up, nothing given ! Truly disappointed with the money I spent !
After that, request a room changing to higher floor for better...

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room....
