"The property is great, so convenient to the airport.
The staff that I interacted with in person was excellent, no question.
However, I have to note that my repeated attempts to contact the hotel failed. These attempts were through multiple calls to two different phone numbers (from Expedia reservation confirmation and from hotel’s website) and via Expedia chat and via the WhatsApp chat originally initiated by the hotel’s reservation office. A four star hotel needs to be more reachable."

"The room was lovely and well appointed although looking out our window was a bit disconcerting as we faced buildings that were falling apart (almost literally poked like a war zone) and graffiti, I know the hotel can’t control the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon in India but it took me a little aback.
