"Good service, location, staff and foods!"

"Television malfunction. Some smoking smell in the room."

"First time visiting Tianjin, it’s a good location, convenient to explore the city by subway."

"Excellent service from the concierge team. Very friendly and helpful. I stayed in other 5 stars hotel during my trip this time but the concierge team here is the best!"

"The room is dirty"

"The position is good for us. We're a big family, the washing machine is very important, also the cooking facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, petty good coffee. "
