The hotel itself is ideally situated and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and attractions. I definitely would stay here again."

"We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane. We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel. "

"O hotel é muito bonito e o atendimento é muito bom também. Todavia, acredito que o valor que é cobrado pelas diárias não são compatíveis com o hotel. Quartos pequenos e apertados, não tem espaço de trabalho, nem mesa para uma refeição. A varanda do quarto não tem nenhuma utilidade... Fomos no soft opening e o room service não estava ativo no hotel, o que deu uma impressão não muito boa. No mais, o hotel é bom."

"You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more."
