"The view is amazing which makes up for everything else . Decor was a little dated and there was no real desk to work at, 2 huge table lamps we had to move just to be able to use an area next to the TV to work and the bedside table. View is worth it though , we hit floor 35"

"Stay was great, location is ideal and away from the chaos but still in the center of everything.
Only thing we were not happy with was the use of the amenities as hotel guests. We had free access to the pool in the morning only, then had to pay after 12pm with a reservation for loungers. This was very disappointing as we already paid quite an amount for the stay itself. The privacy feature in our room was not functional, we advised housekeeping upon checking in but it was never fixed."

"Elevator was broken such that only one elevator was working at certain times. No warning, no credit, nothing to say “sorry.” The elevator they did have was creaky and seemed like it needed repairs too."

"This was built as a 5 star establishment, and the door weights and materials will remind you of 1990s property that afforded a non-fake luxury.
This is not the ubiquitous “luxury” pizazz term seen all over the place. It still remembers what Gen X knew as luxury aka quality not a scene."
