"After a brutal trip on an airplane with a baby for the first time and an even worse car rental experience, reunion was such an amazing place to rest your head. The property was great, the room gorgeous, the price so incredibly worth it, but the best part was the staff. From check in to check out, flawless. The front desk, restaurant, grounds keeper, cleaning staff, shuttle service, even security were all incredible to deal with. 100/10 recommend, and am already planning next year here!"

"Terribly disappointing . We booked this pool home to enjoy a week with our 2 sons and couldn’t use the pool as the heater was broken . We tried for a few days to get answers regarding the pool and staff were indifferent . I asked to speak with a Manager and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call back .
I asked to be moved to another house and they wouldn’t . I asked for a partial discount and they wouldn’t . I was offered $100 restaurant credit ! Useless pool and hot tub and 2 very...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a lack to detail that is usually expected at a property like this (the pool was not regularly tended to, so there was often no towels or old drinks and cups left for the whole day) (the front staff was mediocre at offering help or giving typical concierge advice). The restaurant was a highlight. "
