"The staff was so rude and 0 welcoming. They almost look at you like you are some creature from another world. Long faces and they just look straight up annoyed by the idea of having to interact with you. The hotel does not look like the pictures, is not too bad but rooms def look a lot cheaper in real life. The common areas are so nice but the rooms are a different story. But the staff was the main thing that will never have me stay there again, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable."

"Beautiful and very spacious rooms for NYC. Staff super helpful. Location is great. Rooms are also quiet. ROom service was very efficient. Did not use the gym or did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on that. OVerall wonderful hotel in the heart of Manhattan."
