Staff were so welcoming. They always had a greeting or a smile. All were very helpful including recommending trips for a day away like visiting mount Bromo.

Hotelnya sangat bersih, property terawat dengan baik, fasilitas lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik, namun makanannya jauh banget dibawah standar dan juga sikat gigi di room terlalu tipis.

Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around.

Very new hotel in a great location part of Ciputra World mall. Everything seemed very nice except WI-Fi internet connection slow, and cell phone reception very poor in the building. Shower drain clogged but staff finally fixed it on the 2nd day. Hotel manager very helpful and I would consider staying again.

The room was very comfortable and service seemed excellent.
