I did feel like walking around and under the scaffolding to get to the main lobby, at times, felt unsafe with people and cranes working above. "L’hotel est très bien situé dans le quartier residentiel de l’hivernage. Il est très agréable avec divers espaces, des restaurants, des salons et des piscines, une terrasse, un spa, etc..dans de magnifiques jardins ombragés. Nous avions demandé des chambres avec de bonnes literies et du calme et notre demande a bien été prise en compte. Nous étions très bien avec une chambre décorée avec soin, spacieuse et le chant des oiseaux dans le park. Le personnel de service et les animateurs nombreux...

The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved."
