"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"Hôtel et personnel parfait , petit bémol sur le spa et sa rapidité d’exécution si vite arrivé si vite expédier, j’étais vraiment venu pour le faire plusieurs fois du coup je n’y est fait que un passage mais les lieux sont vraiment très bien équipé , après avoir fait la remarque les masseuses m’ont prolongé mon massage, seulement j’étais surtout venue pour le hammam !!!! "Tranquil small hotel in an old home. Fantastic location in the Medina. Lovely staff overall. The management did fail to organize a trip that we requested but apologized profusely and the gave us free drinks in return. Breakfast was very nice and beautifully served.
