"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Five star staff all the way, so helpful and courteous, beautiful Riad, we had a large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed a Hamman-would recommend it for a new experience. Staff gave us sandwiches, fruit and some of their home made shampoo on departure, such a lovely surprise. Location was perfect. "

"Absolutely my new favorite hotel. The architecture and interiors of El Fenn are outstanding, and the service is amazing. We arranged airport pickup in advance, then escorted directly to the hotel which is convenient to all restaurants and sights within the Medina. We arrived early (like 7am) and as our rooms were not yet available, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and after a tour of the property, were given a large suite to rest and freshen up. "I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony. Dinner on Moroccan night was delicious with plenty of high-quality options, and the evening show was amazing—my daughter loved it, and we even joined the dancing. "This is a beautiful resort to have a great holiday with family. We had a great time over Christmas break. Food, spa, rooms, resort surroundings and pools are really good. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Special shout out to Escham who took very good care of us everytime we were in dining hall. Bar and lobby area is very good and spacious with live music every night whilst we were there. Highly recommend this beautiful resort for a memorable holiday."

"I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s super clean and cozy with amazingly helpful staff. They offer so many extras for free all day long. "​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!"
