"The hotel was nice and located in a good location for walking to the theater.
The hotel did not provide information on the Uber shuttle which would have saved me over $100++ had I known, there was no complimentary water in the room, and there was no refrigerator to use.
The refrigerator in the room was stocked with various drinks that sat on sensors in the refrigerator facing the opposite direction. Which is a trap, because if you touched the item to read the label it would automatically...

"The elevator situation was a nightmare. The hotel had two working elevators and yet one of them was mostly reserved for private events! It’s as if they didn’t care about their hotel guests. We often waited 25 minutes for an elevator. And the front desk responded “well one elevator has been broken for three weeks and it will get fixed today”. That never happened. This hotel

"The Langham NYC is truly a home away from home. From the moment we left our car, to the check-in, the club lounge staff, etc, everyone is trying their best to make us feel welcomed. It makes travelling so much more pleasurable when you know that even the tiniest details will be taken care of.
Our room was spacious. The club lounge, in my humble opinion, is a star. It’s so nice after a day packed full of activities to come to the lounge to “wine-down” or “champagne-down”

"Our room was okay but not great.
We had a 15th floor view of equipment and couldn’t see any of the city. Kind of a bummer and not what I expected when booking. We didn’t have time to watch the TV until the last night at which time we found that the cable was not working at all. The water in the shower took a while to warm up to not freezing and didn’t get fully hot.
Staff was nice, particularly the door men. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar on top was lovely.
We were safe...
