"We had a room with a private pool. Bad things first - room 502 - the pumping /mechanics of the pools are around rooms 501, 502 and 503, therefore from early morning to midnight if you are in your room or bathroom it sounds like a very loud extractor fan is going off constantly. Also these rooms are on the path to the quiet pool and grill bar, so there is foot traffic going past the end of your so called private pool area (bit like being in a goldfish bowl as everyone stops to look at the pool...

"I liked almost everything about the property. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The place felt safe. It was very clean, towels got changed every day. The beds and the sunbeds were the comfiest I have every known on holiday. The food was wonderful. Just a couple of small niggles, the coffee and tea served at breakfast wasn't always particularly hot. The sunbeds were reserved and whilst the hotel said it was not allowed, did nothing to address it. It was hard to find an area...
