"Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket was fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained, with great views over Kamala Beach. Staff and service was on point, which is especially important given you generally need to get driven to and from your room in a golf buggy due to the steep incline. Staff always had a smile on their face and genuinely looked like they were having fun working. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge array of cuisine - we often spent well over an hour there enjoying the food and coffee. The pool is great and was never as busy as you'd expect considering how nice it is. "

The hotel provided a shuttle service to Kamala and both Phuket and Patong were short taxi rides. We have been around the world and stayed in many hotels but this hotel was one of the best. We will definitely be coming back. "
