"This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy.
Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one.
There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush!

"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to...

"Banyan Tree was amazing. We had a Two Room Ocean Pool Suite. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was kept immaculate with twice daily cleaning. The service at BT was fantastic. Everyone stopped what they were doing at all times to greet us. They all had a great attitude and seemed eager to please. The food at the restaurants and bar was also wonderful. We had a bbq served in a room one night. The staff set up a bbq grill, prep tables and a dining table on our deck complete with table...
