"Great place for a family holiday. Kids 5 and 7 absolutely loved it. Went to kids club daily which got them out of the heat. Loved the slides, kids water park. The pools were hot, not refreshing. The rooms had great air con, which was needed as it was so hot. We ate outside the hotel every night, and easy to get tuk tuk, or walk. Lots around this hotel. Would highly recommend to families was young kids. "

"정말 좋았습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 침대도 베개도 쿠션도 편해요 객실 정비를 두번이나 해주었고 중간에 물이나 다른것이 더 필요하지는 않는지 확인방문까지 해줬습니다. 모든 시설이 다 이용가능했으며 관리가 잘 이뤄지고 있어 불편한 것을 하나도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 특히 일식당이 높은 수준으로 맛이 훌륭했고 최고 좋은 서비스를 받았습니다. 태국에서 다양한 호텔에 머물렀지만 조식당에서 망고 과일을 먹을 수 있는 곳은 JW가 유일했습니다. 프라이빗 비치에 선베드가 넉넉했고 타올도 무제한으로 쓸 수 있음. 각종 해양레저 장비를 대여해 파도타기를 할 수 있고 밤에는 불쇼도 함. 준비 잘 되어 있는 시설과 꽉 찬 액티비티가 다 매일 진행되고 있어서 좀 더 있고 싶었음. 강력하게 추천함. 가족, 연인, 친구 누가 가도 만족할만한 곳임. "

"The hotel does not have the '5-star wow factor' that other hotels further up the coast do, however the staff and location more than make up for this. "로비와 조식당에 에어컨이 없어 체크인부터 정말 더웠어요 호텔 직원들은 작은 서비스에도 팁을 달라고 요구하고 체크인 객실위치 알려준 직원도 팁을 요구하더군요 막상 안내해야할 보증금 부분은 설명하지도 않아서 풀 사이드 바에서 음료 결제하는데 보증금 시스템을 나중에서야 알고 호텔 내에서 간단한 식음료 결제하는데 불편함이 있었습니다 객실 정비를 오후 너무 늦은 시간에 해줘서 수건좀 갈아달라고 두번 전화하는 과정에서 전화받는 직원이랑 싸웠네요ㅋ 해외여행중 호텔 직원과 영어로 싸운건 또 처음이네요 태도가 정말 무례했습니다 호텔 내 다른 스탭들도 모두 불친절하고 일도 엉망으로 하던데 기대가 컷던 탓인지 자꾸 실망하는 바람에 기분 상하지 않으려고 노력하며 지내야했어요 객실 상태는 전반적으로 넓고 쾌적합니다 테라스도 있어 빨래 널어놓을 수 있었고 무엇보다 수영장이 어른전용이라 아주 깊었습니다 까치발 들고도 목까지 잠겨서 수영할 맛이 나더라구요 호텔 수영장이 정말 근사하고 길이도 길고 해수욕장...
