"Stay away from this place and save your money. This hotel may be was something grand when it was build in the 90s, now its a complete joke, worn out, falling apart and poorly maintained. The facade is peeling everywhere, balconies, walls. Everything is old and worn out and beat up, The climate controls on the wall in the rooms is archaic. "Our Royal Grand Pool Villa was absolutely beautiful and had a stunning sea view. The setting and grounds were well manicured and kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices of food types to fit all different kinds of tastes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only negative which was not a deal breaker was at checkout. We could not understand what the lady helping us was saying and when she walked away twice she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed.
