"The hotel is new and very clean. A lot of activities to choose from however the water activities are not complimentary. The bikes are free and it’s a nice ride around the hotel compound. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They always ask for feedback from the clients. The buffet is great as well, wide spread of different cuisines, Movenpick resort is definitely a great place for families."

"My wife and I stayed at Montigo for the first time to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. A special thank you to: Kiki – Housekeeping Riyan – Concierge Irma – Restaurant Manager Kristina – Dining Concierge Coco – Decoration Wulan – Front Desk Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Montigo for making our anniversary celebration so special and memorable. "I booked the Family Suite room and it was amazing. The toilets were spotless and the breakfast buffet food was delicious, especially the eggs. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us whenever we met them. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and definitely deserves 5 stars!"
