Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK. "

I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock...
