"The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place."

"First of all, we booked the room for the pool access. Then we find out when we get there that kids are not allowed in the pool after 11 and you have to have an 100 dollar minimum per person drink/food order to use the pool. This needs to be better advertised, this brought down the entire experience.
Also, our safe was broken and never got repaired. I asked for more towels on more than one occasion and was not granted any. The room was dirty when we checked in and brought this concern up to the...

"I was disappointed with my experience. Room service took far longer than expected, which delayed our reservations and impacted our plans for the evening.
Additionally, the hot tub add-on was not worth the extra cost. The water appeared dirty, and the bubbles repeatedly shut off, making it difficult to enjoy. We ended up spending our time at the regular pool instead.
Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience matched what was advertised or the additional amount paid."

"The things my husband and I liked about Dominick was that the room was spacious and quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was really nice. Also the location to the View studio was great.
We did not enjoy the fact that they stocked the refrigerator and left snacks that were absolutely ridiculously expensive, $15-16 for gummy bears and candy bars,etc. Also the “amenities” are useless I asked about the steam room and was told it cost extra if I didn’t use the spa service,...
