"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. Also there was an incident that happened to me in the night with a malfunctioning ac unit in the bedroom but no further calls were provided to apologize for the inconvenience from their part. A star hotel like them is expected to do better. They need customer liaisons that address any issues that happen...

"The room was so humid that the floor was all wet by morning. I informed staff multiple times but they just asked to keep AC on all night. But it was on all the time. It was not addressed and I nearly slipped twice. The mirror light wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for 5 days straight. The staff at seagull is very friendly, esp Siva who went out of his...

"Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"
