"This hotel has wonderful views of the city. The rooms are large and spacious with wonderful views as well. The continental breakfast is good and the staff and service are great. Having stayed at other hotels in Melbourne that do not offer this level of quality, I recommend booking a stay at the Ritz if your travels take you there."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal.
