"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "

"Peaceful, Relaxing Stay in Tuscany We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional. It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road. Overall, everything was well done. We’d absolutely come back."

"We can't wait to return to this hotel, but with more time to spend there. If you want to go somewhere in Tuscany where you feel as a welcomed member of the family this is the place to be. The attention to detail is impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home which we really appreciated. The property itself is top notch, which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy because this was our first trip to Tuscany and we would leave in the morning and come...

"The property is spectacular. A team of welcoming staff are there to greet you upon arrival and support your every need throughout your stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with olive groves, cedars, and gardens. We loved lying in the hammocks and listening to the chicalas. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, our dinner at il rondini was equally delicious and the local musical entertainment was a great touch. "I LOVE this resort. I’ve stayed all three times I’ve visited Italy. The room was beautiful and had a view of the Tuscan hills, the village and the golf course. The hotel staff was fabulous, the breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant menu is limited, but the food has always been wonderful. I’ve never seen any US tourists, but lots of Italians. "

"Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "

"What can we say except that this family run Italian stay is a masterclass in all things you want whilst experiencing Tuscany. The accommodation is incredible, expansive and extremely artistically and attentively decorated. The hosts Alessandro and Angela were so kind and thoughtful. The venue itself is so peaceful and calming that we really wish we had longer there. It genuinely felt like being with friends and family except in the most incredible setting. So many great touches from the kitchen...
