While at times the staff were pleasant, they also make the guests feel like we are going to take the towels, umbrellas, dressing gowns....... the amount of checking, signing and following up was just ridiculous. The cash deposit required doesn't make sense as you get it back but they don't have credit card details for incidentals. Breakfast was average, same bland food daily with no changes. "This is a nice property however the guest room locations are a bit of a hike. We had to take the golf cart to and from our room. We did get an upgrade with a large washroom and plunge pool, which was nice. The amenities were great. Nice pool and lounge area. The only downfall is that because the hotel has taxi agreements, it is difficult to get a Grab taxi to come to the resort. Also, Kamala beach is very rocky."
