"Enjoy the stay at the hotel. Staff was helpful and considerate to my needs cost were within reason and I would stay there again. If the time were to arise, sunsets were gorgeous from the hotel balcony extracurricular activities were amazing restaurant and food cost were within the cost that I had expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other others."

"Hotel had a bug problem. So it made our stay less enjoyable because we were killed bugs every night unfortunately. But the Staff was incredible and tried to help as much as they could."

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
I think this hotel will be really nice when all...
